The Governors and Headteacher wish to appoint an outstanding classroom
practitioner who has a proven record of good examination results and evidence
of having successfully undertaken some leadership and management responsibilities with the energy and dynamism to inspire students and colleagues alike.

This post is on the leadership scale because we expect the successful candidate to play a leading role in raising achievement in this key area of the school, which has specialist Science status.

This is an ideal opportunity for broadening leadership and management skills.
The successful candidate must:

• Be an excellent classroom practitioner to include A level teaching
