£34,674 per Annum MPS

Salary dependent on qualifications and experience.

The Programme Leader post provides a real opportunity to work with the Curriculum Leader and other senior managers and external partners to shape the Programme’s provision over the next few years.

The post requires strong leadership skills to manage the diversity of the current provision as well as the vision to shape the future educational opportunities.

To undertake this role applicants will require strong empathy with young people, energy, confidence in their own ability and have high expectations and aspirations.

Applicants should have a minimum of a degree in Business, or Finance or Management or other related subject; organisational managerial experience and experience of teaching in the post 16 sector. You will also have a Level 4 teaching qualification (PGCE/Cert Ed/DTTLS)
