An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Childrens Care Home Manager within our established care home.
Our client has achieved an overall good rating from OFSTED on a number of occasions. If you have a desire to make a difference and have worked with children and young people who present challenging behaviour and have emotional and physical needs then you may the person we are looking for.
You must have a minimum of 5 years experience of working with children within the past 10 years plus 2 years at Senior Level in residential care. The successful applicant will demonstrate leadership skills, have the ability to supervise and performance manage staff, encourage personal development and engage individuals in training.
You will be required to possess a Social Work Qualification (DipSW) or NVQ Level 4 – Care/Management or Registered Managers Award and have enthusiasm and ambition to achieve the best outcomes for the children.
