A name traditionally associated with the Royal Logistics Corps (RLC), The LEN is now operated independently and covers not just the RLC but the whole of the British Army, Royal Navy and the Royal Air Force.

The LEN now operates from modern offices in Southampton managed by professional recruitment consultants with support from personnel with Armed Forces experience.

Whilst we are a recruitment company in our own right our over-riding objective is to assist HM Forces and Ex-Forces personnel with their next career move. We therefore allow Clients and other Recruitment Companies to place their vacancies on The LEN Jobs Board.

We deliver throughout the UK and Worldwide across a number of career sectors however we are particularly strong in Logistics, Supply Chain and Facilities Management e.g. Catering, Loss Prevention and Security etc
